We built the ERP we always wished we had
After 15 years managing procurement for mid-market manufacturers, we knew the tools were broken. So we built the replacement.
The story
Julian Tran spent 15 years leading procurement operations for mid-size manufacturers. Year after year, he watched companies get crushed by the same two systems -- SAP and its complexity, and NetSuite and its per-user pricing that ballooned the moment a team started to grow.
The implementations took 9 to 18 months. The consultants cost more than the software. And at the end of it all, half the team still used spreadsheets because the system was too complicated to use day-to-day.
The Fortune 500 had the same problems -- but they had armies of IT staff to manage them. Mid-market companies did not. They were paying enterprise prices for enterprise headaches, and getting enterprise results only if they were lucky.
So Julian built Krauvix. The goal was simple: give every mid-market procurement team the same capabilities that a Fortune 500 company uses, without the 18-month implementation or the $500K price tag. Sign up on Monday, run your first PO by lunch.
"Every mid-market company deserves the same procurement tools that Fortune 500 companies use -- without the 18-month implementation or the $500K price tag."
-- Our mission
What we stand for
Three principles that drive every decision we make.
Transparency
Honest pricing, no hidden modules. What you see on the pricing page is what you pay. No surprise add-ons at renewal.
Speed
Live in 1 day, not 18 months. We think implementation hell is a bug, not a feature. Sign up, import your data, start creating POs.
Simplicity
Built for buyers, not consultants. Every feature is designed so a procurement manager can use it without a certification or a $300/hr implementer.
The team
Small but focused. We know this problem intimately because we lived it.
